RUBUSTO!!

I was given a coupon to try The Filippo Berio Robusto Extra Virgin Olive Oil(EVOO) by Influenster for free and test, taste and give my honest opinion. I love EVOO and I was very excited when I was sent this Voxbox Envelope. I decided to try it on a salad, to cook it and marinade chicken and also just to do a taste test. Filippo Berio Robusto is a full bodied EVOO which has a kick. I loved it on my salad made with spinach, romaine, onion, green peppers, some apple slices and tuna. It add a great flavor as I mixed it with balsamic vinegar some seasoning and a little salt and pepper.
I used it to help marinade my chicken with garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder and onions. I also used paprika, cayenne pepper basil and parsley. I sprinkled some on top and baked it in the oven uncovered and it was delish!! I would buy it again. I love the Olive Oil taste. I would put it on crusted baked italian bread.
